Precautions for the use of fly ash steel plate warehouse
(1) Before feeding, the Roots fan and the roof dust collector should be opened to send air circulation to the warehouse, in order to dry the fluidized rod permeable fabrics, and at the same time can take away the moisture in the warehouse, to prevent the material in the bottom of the warehouse moisture, slate.
(2) Before feeding, check whether the valve of the inflatable pipe is running flexibly and whether the switching status meets the process requirements; the inflatable pipe should be blown to ensure that there is no welding slag and other debris; and the garbage in the warehouse and the guide pipe should be cleaned up.
(3) Ensure that the dust collector at the top of the reservoir is turned on when feeding materials.Before the roof dust collector is turned on, the roof breathing valve should be checked to make sure that the dust collector fan can be turned on only when it is free, so as to prevent the warehouse body from being sucked and deformed.
(4) In order to make the normal operation of the steel plate warehouse, the water content of the material should be strictly controlled not to be greater than 0.8% during the production operation.If the water content is greater than 1.0%, will make the material fluidity seriously reduced, will affect the normal use of steel plate warehouse.
(5) Strictly prevent rainwater from penetrating into the elevator and inclined chute and other conveying equipment and storage, so as to avoid the formation of large wet material clusters affect the discharge.At the same time should be strictly prevented from mixing debris in the process of feeding, affecting the unloading of materials.
(6) After normal discharging, if the storage time is longer, the material should be regularly cycled out of the warehouse to avoid dense accumulation of materials in the warehouse.
