Steel Plate Silo. Steel plate warehouse has the functions of holding, storing, loading and unloading, reversing, etc. It has the functions of balancing the production process, ensuring continuous production, saving manpower and improving mechanisation.
Steel plate warehouse is roughly divided into assembly steel plate warehouse, spiral steel plate warehouse, welded steel plate warehouse three kinds.
1, assembly type steel plate warehouse
Assembled steel plate warehouse is a factory steel plate drilling, assembled on site with high-strength bolts connected to the steel plate warehouse, assembled steel plate warehouse has the following characteristics:
(1) the same specifications than other warehouse type of intensity is small, low cost;
(2) It can be directly assembled on site, the construction speed is very fast, and the technical requirements for installers are not high;
(3) It can be disassembled and reorganised and reused;
(4) The use of high-strength bolts to connect the steel plate, airtightness is relatively poor, not suitable for storing powder materials and deteriorated materials.
2, spiral steel plate warehouse
Spiral steel plate warehouse (also known as rolled edge warehouse) is the use of ‘cold rolled bending’ principle, the laminated steel plate continuous refrigeration nibbling, its structure determines that can only be applied to thin plate. Spiral steel plate warehouse features are as follows:
(1) Good sealing performance, can store cement, fly ash, food and other powdery materials.
(2) As a result of continuous cold bending nibbling, the overall stability, safety has improved (strong seismic testing experience in various regions), long life.
(3) It cannot be decomposed and can only be used.
(4) High technical requirements for on-site equipment operators and high requirements for reel materials, the range of materials is reduced.
(5) Compared with the same specification, the amount of steel used for warehouse assembly is high, so the cost increases accordingly.
3、Welded steel plate warehouse
Welded steel plate warehouse (also known as steel plate warehouse) is made of welded steel plate, which is a large-scale welded steel plate warehouse developed independently in the continuous development of China's steel plate warehouse industry. Welded steel plate warehouse has the following characteristics:
(1) Large warehouse capacity, a single warehouse capacity of 10,000 to 100,000 tonnes, can be formed into a larger capacity storage group.
(2) Compared with the spiral steel plate warehouse, the construction time is long, the weight is more than 2-3 times of the spiral steel plate warehouse, and anti-corrosion treatment is needed every 3-5 years.
So, how to extend the life of the steel plate warehouse in the process of using?
1, often check whether there is deformation of the wall, pay attention to strengthen the bolt connection, if you find that the bolt falls down, fill it in time.
2, after unloading the empty warehouse, to confirm the sealing, door frame and adjacent side plate whether there is deformation, as well as whether cracks occur. If abnormalities are found, appropriate solution measures should be taken in time. In addition, check whether there is any abnormality in the connection part of the taper and deal with it.
3. If welding deformation and welding cracks are found, the supply should be temporarily suspended to prevent accidents.
