The First General Meeting of the Fourth Session of Henan Steel Structure Association was held in the Multi-functional Hall of Administration Building, Longzi Lake Campus of North China University of Water Resources and Hydropower.

According to the provisions of the Management Measures for Associations and Organizations of Henan Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, and in accordance with the Articles of Association of Henan Steel Structure Association, the meeting listened to and deliberated on and passed the report on the work of the Third Council, the financial report and the report on the preparatory work for the new session of the Council by President Liu Shangwei. The conference elected Liu Shangwei as the president, Zheng Qiang, Le Jinzhao, Sun Wenhuai and other 11 people as vice presidents, Xue Zehui as the secretary general, Zheng Qiang as the legal person, and Yuan Zhigang as the supervisor of the fourth organizational structure of Henan Provincial Steel Structure Association.
