-Silo volume: can be customized according to the actual demand, ranging from a few hundred cubic meters to tens of thousands of cubic meters, the common specifications are 1000 cubic meters, 5000 cubic meters, 10000 cubic meters and so on, in order to adapt to different scales of fly ash storage projects.
-Thickness of steel plate: the thickness of the silo wall is generally between 4mm and 12mm, which is determined according to the volume, height and pressure of the silo, ensuring the strength of the silo while reasonably controlling the material cost.
-Maximum storage height: usually up to 10 meters to 30 meters, making full use of space resources, increasing the storage capacity per unit area and reducing the cost of land occupation.
-Feeding speed: generally between 50 tons and 300 tons per hour, which can be adjusted according to the amount of fly ash generated upstream and the capacity of the conveying equipment to ensure efficient and smooth feeding process.
-Discharging speed: the hourly discharging capacity is about 30 tons to 200 tons, which can meet the requirements of different downstream users on the extraction speed of fly ash, and realize fast and accurate discharging operation.
