Silo volume: can be customized according to the actual demand, generally between 1000 cubic meters and 50,000 cubic meters, to meet the storage requirements of coal enterprises or coal-using units of different scales.

-Foundation: Before installation, detailed geological survey must be carried out to design a suitable foundation according to the weight of the silo and the local geological conditions, to ensure that the foundation can withstand the huge pressure of a fully loaded silo, and to prevent the foundation from settling or displacement leading to silo deformation, cracking and other problems.
Fire and explosion-proof: Coal is flammable, and the silo area must be equipped with perfect fire-fighting facilities and fire and explosion-proof systems, such as fire alarm devices, fire extinguishing equipment, ventilation and air exchange systems. At the same time, strictly control the temperature of coal and dust concentration in the warehouse, strictly prohibit smoke and fire, and conduct regular safety inspections and drills to prevent fire and explosion accidents.
-Maintenance of equipment: Regularly carry out comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the steel plate structure of the silo, seals, fabric reclaiming equipment and monitoring system.
